Exchange or Return of Goods

At Desiproduct, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, you may request an exchange or return under the terms outlined below. We accept returns for most products within 24–48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Perishable items such as fresh dairy, vegetables, fruits, and snacks must be reported immediately upon delivery if there is an issue.

Conditions for Return or Exchange A product will be accepted for return or exchange only if:

  • It is in its original packaging and unused.
  • The seal is not broken (for packaged groceries or snacks).
  • The product shows clear quality issues or damage at the time of delivery.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order ID / invoice).

 

Products Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Fresh dairy, vegetables, fruits, or other highly perishable goods after delivery acceptance.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Products without original packaging or missing parts.

 

Refund Process
