Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

  • If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • The seal is broken or product is used

  • Original packaging is missing

  • The issue is reported after the allowed timeframe

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Deliveries may be affected on public holidays depending on courier availability. Orders placed during holidays are usually processed the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We currently deliver to most locations across India. You can check delivery availability by entering your postcode at checkout.

Is next-day delivery available?

At the moment, we do not offer next-day delivery. Standard delivery timelines usually range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do I need to be present to receive the delivery?

Yes, we recommend someone be available to receive the package to ensure safe delivery. In some cases, the courier may contact you directly.
