1. Overview

At Desi Product, we aim to deliver fresh and high-quality desi products. If you face any issue with your order, we will try our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged / leaked product received
  • Missing item(s) in the order
  • Expired or unusable product received

3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Due to the nature of food/desi consumable items, the following are generally not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products returned without unboxing/unpacking video proof (where required)
  • Products that have been used/consumed or tampered with
  • Change of mind after delivery (taste preference, quantity change, etc.)
  • Incorrect address/phone provided by customer leading to delivery failure

4. Refund Request Time Limit

Refund/Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

5. Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process your request faster, please share:

  • Unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product check)
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging (if damaged)
  • Order ID / Invoice

6. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If replacement is not possible, we will initiate a refund as per this policy.

7. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Online Payments: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via UPI/Bank transfer within 5–7 business days after approval (customer must provide UPI ID/Bank details).

8. Shipping Charges

If the refund is approved due to our fault (wrong/damaged/missing items), shipping charges (if any) will not be deducted. If the issue is not caused by us, shipping charges may not be refundable.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/packing.
  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
