All orders placed with Desi Product are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • We currently ship orders across India.
  • Free delivery is available for selected locations as per our current delivery policy.
  • Delivery charges for other locations will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Local deliveries may take 2–4 business days.
  • Other locations within India may take 4–7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email along with tracking details (where applicable).

6. Delays & Exceptions

Desi Product is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the courier partner may reattempt delivery or return the order. Additional charges, if any, may be borne by the customer.

8. Order Verification

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders not confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video and photos for quick resolution.
